Built in 1973, Oceanside Inn is one of the staples along this quiet stretch of A1A and Daytona Beach Shores. This property is located directly on the beach in an area with great shopping and dining. All 128 rooms provide conveniences like refrigerators, microwaves, free Wi-Fi and flatscreen TVs with cable channels. Guests will appreciate convenient amenities such as children’s pool by the picnic area and a sun deck. In-room amenities available to guests include coffee makers, hairdryers, and a safe.

By day, you can enjoy all that Daytona Beach, Florida has to offer, with shopping, dining, action and relaxation all within reach and 23 miles of spectacular beach to top it off! There are many simple pleasures to choose from, with long walks on the beach, swimming and body surfing the waves, just to name a few. Take a dip in our oversized freshwater pool to cool off, while little ones enjoy the kiddie pool, or just chill out on our 2,250 square-foot terrace garden and enjoy the sea breeze.

This is a comprehensive list of Frequently Asked Questions and Answers (FAQ's) for Amenity, General, Tenant and Booking inquiries. Amenities

Do you have room service or meal options? We do not provide room service; however, we do have a Tiki Bar down on the first floor by the pool, open Thurs. - Sun. 11 AM to 6 PM.

Do you have a pool? Yes, we have a full-size swimming pool ranging from 3 ft - with a MAX 8 FT depth. We also have a kiddie pool for the small guests.

Please Note: We also have a Sun Deck located on the 2nd Floor Terrace, accessible through the 2nd floor breezeway as well as the stairs to the left of the Tiki Bar. We also have a workout room accessible through the lobby.

Building (General)

Are pets allowed at this building? Pets are NOT allowed on property; however, we do comply with Florida statute to permit the allowance of a service dog. (limited by F.S. 413.08 1(d) “to [dogs]…” and “…does not constitute the provision of a “crime-deterrent” or “emotional support, well-being, comfort or companionship” animal.”.)

Do you permit smoking inside or in the rooms? Smoking is not allowed inside the building under any circumstances. (In Accordance with the Florida Clean Air Act of 1985 and Condominium Documents.) Please use the exterior designated smoking area located behind the building on the Southeast end. An extra cleaning fee will be applied for smoking in rooms.

How many vehicles can I park? (or) What vehicles are allowed? Due to limited parking spaces, we allow up to two vehicles during peak season to accommodate everyone. We allow regular vehicles (truck, sedans, etc.) as well as motorcycles. We DO NOT allow trailer parking again due to limited parking space. Please plan ahead and locate a nearby trailer park.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong in my unit? Please contact the front desk if you are in a room managed by the rental program. For guests staying in private rooms, please contact the front desk in the event of an emergency; ultimately though, most of the other questions will need to be directed to your property manager or Host (AirBnB, etc.)

Booking

How can I book a stay here? You can book by clicking here, which will take you to the Booking page. If you have trouble using the site, (refer to business hours here) please call at 386-255-4492 to get assistance with booking a stay with us. If you made a reservation with us and would like to cancel, please call at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.

What if I made a reservation with a 3rd party and I'm not satisfied? Please reach out to the 3rd party service/host for a refund as we don't handle that. In the event you are not satisfied with a previous booking, you may check with the front desk (refer to business hours here) for any available rooms, we may have just what you need.

​

When is Check In/Out? (or) Can I extend my Check Out? Check in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 11 AM. We can accommodate late check out if needed and requested in time, during peak season however, we cannot promise any availability on extensions. Please call front desk if you have questions.
